With four seasonal visits per year, we combine proactive inspections with hands-on maintenance and small repairs—helping you prevent problems, extend lifespan, and stay ahead of costly issues. Every visit is documented in a secure digital record you can reference anytime—like a Carfax for your home. This comprehensive annual program is priced at $2,800, conveniently billed at $350 per month for 8 months. Each 3-hour visit follows a structured format designed to maximize value and efficiency. During the first hour, we conduct a detailed inspection using a 20-point checklist to assess your home’s key systems and surfaces, identifying early signs of wear, damage, or failure. The second hour is dedicated to preventative maintenance, where we take care of essential upkeep tasks such as replacing filters and batteries, sealing vulnerable areas, and servicing moving parts to protect your home over the long term. In the final hour, we tackle small repairs and “honey-do” items—prioritized based on your requests and any issues discovered during the visit.
